308 Kilburn High Road consists of 18 flats fully let to Mace Housing Association on a 10-year FRI lease. Ventra House is a block of four self-contained flats attached but not interconnected to the rear of 308 Kilburn High Road.
B&S Capital split the asset and executed different strategies for each 308 Kilburn High Road and Ventra House. We negotiated a landlord only option to extend the lease to Mace Housing Association to a total term of 20 years with the same terms, and sold the asset for £3.6m. We have been granted planning to create 7 self-contained flats in Ventra House. Proposed scheme has a GDV of £4m.
