The asset experienced tremendous growth over 10 years while riding the 2008 recession. Prior to implementing the sale, B&S has increased the amount of space let to the anchor tenant, a leisure facility let to part of Rank plc. Ultimately this increased the audience for purchase since the covenant surety was improved.
