During the spring of 2015, B&S Capital negotiated a lease surrender and dilapidations effective 10th July 2015 at a premium. While negotiating the surrender, B&S Capital also secured One Avenue Business Centers Ltd on a FRI lease of the whole premises from Q3 2015 for a term of 20 years. The property was valued shortly after in excess of £40m.
